our story
Began through a mutual friend during a group trip that brought us together in the most natural way. Our vibes were then exactly what they still are today- outgoing, fun, and always ready to celebrate! From the very start, our connection was easy, and full of laughter.
He says he fell in love at first sight. She needed a little more convincing. That weekend he proved himself to be a true gentleman, carrying her bags, waiting patiently while she got ready, and walking her to meet the group. A legendary drinking competition
sealed the memories. One of us was crowned the winner, and the other… let’s say, made a close acquaintance with the hotel bathroom. It was the beginning of something special, even if we didn’t fully know it yet.
Life kept us close for years after that. We stayed in the same friend group, always finding our way back to each other, even when the timing wasn’t right. When we were finally single at the same time, one night at El Patio in Wynwood changed everything.
Surrounded by friends who had seen our chemistry long before we did, he asked her on a date and she said yes, not knowing that moment would quietly change our lives.
Our promise
We moved slowly, protecting our hearts after past experiences. Over time, it became impossible to ignore what everyone else already knew. We were in love. In July of 2019, he asked her to be his girlfriend, and soon after, “I love you” became our fast truth. We built a life together, moved in, bought our first home, and grew stronger together.
Now, with full hearts and endless gratitude, we are so excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, surrounded by the same friends and family who believed in us from the very beginning.
